EXPLORE THE ART

WELCOME, IT’S AN HONOUR TO HAVE YOU HERE!

This work is shaped by a lifelong relationship with nature, the Five Elements, and the body’s quiet intelligence.

Through years of practicing Chinese medicine and working closely with people in times of change, I’ve come to understand how deeply we need spaces that invite pause, presence, and beauty. My artwork grows from this understanding. Created as visual companions for moments of reflection, rest, and remembering what matters.

In my studio practice, soft pastel landscapes and florals offer a sense of spaciousness and ease. They are not meant to demand attention, but to support it. Bringing a gentle rhythm into your home and your inner world.

Alongside painting, my writing explores the same themes: transition, listening, and the wisdom that emerges when we slow down.

Together, the art and the words are an invitation to reconnect with your own rhythms, your capacity for wonder, and the quiet strength that lives beneath the surface.

This work is created for those navigating change, and for anyone who believes in the restorative power of beauty.

THE MEDICINE BEHIND THE ART

My artwork is deeply informed by years of practicing Chinese medicine and working with the Five Elements.

This way of seeing; attentive to cycles, balance, and the body’s innate wisdom. Shapes not only my clinical work, but the landscapes, rhythms, and sense of stillness that emerge in the studio.

Acupuncture remains an important part of my practice, supporting people through periods of transition, regulation, and repair. Quietly informing the way I create.
